Bringing on-board bright young talent Rebecca Foster encompasses this; stepping into the newly established Principal of Brand and Engagement role with boundless energy, Rebecca will sit alongside the national leadership team to develop forward-thinking strategy. 

Rebecca will be our lead community conversation starter, creator of eye-catching digital content and guardian of the FACTION brand, tasked with sustaining our innovative positioning while reflecting our people, their passions and our collective ability to create value for our clients.

With a demonstrable marketing and communications background, Rebecca has already shown a high degree of adaptability and agility and proven a natural fit to the FACTION values.
