We’re still growing! FACTION welcomes Project Manager Andrew Flint to the team!

We are pleased to announce that Andrew Flint has joined the FACTION team as a Consultant!

Andrew joins us after his time working abroad in Papua New Guinea on the ANGAU Hospital Redevelopment, and other recent projects such as Lae’s Family Support Centre, the Southern Queensland Centre of Excellence in Inala, and the Albert Street Church roof replacement in Brisbane. Andrew has a history working on Health, Residential and Retail projects across Queensland as well as numerous Education projects across Australia. He is a highly motivated Project Manager who brings an expanded background and experience to the team having worked on an international platform, and has exceptional skills in applying best practice to navigate challenging environments, and high-level ability in engaging stakeholders for project success.

Andrew is dedicated to unlocking and supporting his clients’ vision and delivering successful project outcomes that align with their business objectives, and is passionate about helping clients get involved in ‘projects for purpose’, such as his work with the Make-A-Wish Foundation.
