Welcome to FACTION Senior Project Manager Kelly Pranskunas!
We are excited to announce Kelly joining our team as we expand our major projects capacity nationally.

Kelly brings significant client-side project management and development management experience across projects ranging from minor works to multi-billion-dollar developments. She has considerable knowledge of building and construction environments, a high level of self-efficiency and the ability to lead and drive teams through complex and challenging programmes.

Kelly said, ‘I was attracted to working at FACTION because of the company values and team culture aligning with my values. I really resonate with how FACTION champion women working in the property and construction industries, and their desire to advocate environmental conservation projects with clients like the Australian Antarctic Division.’
