October Values Award Winner – Netania Hanlon

Our October Values Award winner is…Netania Hanlon! Congratulations on taking out the Passion Award! This is the second time Netania has won the Values Award (previously for Challenger Thinking). She is the first person in the company to do so and has achieved this in her first year at FACTION!

The FACTION Values Award celebrates our team members that demonstrate commitment and alignment to the FACTION Values: Value Creation, Passion, Collaborative, and Challenger Thinking.
