Suncorp HQ – Workplace of the Future!

We are excited with Suncorp’s announcement that their new 40,000m2 Brisbane HQ will be located at Mirvac’s 80 Ann Street development in Brisbane, due for completion in 2022.

Today marked the culmination of an extensive due diligence and site selection process on Suncorp’s behalf. FACTION Consulting, as Development Advisor and Project Manager, in partnership with an outstanding consultant team comprising JLL (Commercial Advisor), Minter Ellison (Legal), HASSELL (Architect and Interior Design), NDY (Building Services), WT Partnership (Quantity Surveyor), Wolter Consulting (Town Planning) and CPM (Specialist Programmer).

The design of 80 Ann Street has responded to Suncorp’s specific requirements to consolidate its workforce into a single, modern and collaborative workplace. The building is architecturally designed to align with Brisbane City Council’s ‘Buildings that Breathe’ principles for sub-tropical architecture with two breathable floors, garden terraces and a roof terrace, and will create a workplace and vibrant retail destination that supports the needs of Suncorp and the Brisbane community.
