Project Update | St Luke’s Catholic College

FACTION Consulting is excited to be supporting the Catholic Education Diocese of Parramatta with the rapid expansion of St Luke’s Catholic College Marsden Park in the north-west of Sydney.

In just over 3 months’ time this vacant south section of the site will spring to life with 12 new middle-school learning spaces for over 300 students. This is being achieved via Modular / Design for Manufacture & Assembly (DfMA) construction in collaboration between Modular Building Systems and FAL Construction.

Our Project Director Aaron Weakley says, “off the back of our success with the CathWest Innovation College, this is another fast-paced project with a challenging program target that we are thrilled to be leading on behalf of the Catholic Education Diocese of Parramatta. The growth of new suburbs in Sydney’s north-western corridor is really quite staggering and we need to be embracing different construction methodologies in order to keep up.”
