Construction of the Porte Cochere upgrade at the Seidler designed Riparian Plaza commenced this week. 

Located at 71 Eagle Street, the centre of the ‘Golden Triangle’ in Brisbane’s professional and economic hub, Riparian Plaza is an iconic part of Brisbane’s CBD landscape.

The area around the tower has a high footfall and attracts a large number of commuters daily. The new arrival amenity will, therefore, provide tenants and visitors with a high-quality arrival and departure experience to Riparian Plaza by enhancing convenience and safety.

From FACTION Consulting, Director Paul Bickham and Senior Consultant Simon McKay are providing project management for the works, which are set for completion in September.
