In Tasmania, the multi-million-dollar redevelopment of a prominent heritage retail building is well underway and on target to welcome tenants The Commonwealth Bank of Australia and Bendigo Bank in the spring. Existing tenants Les Lees, Picnic Cafe, Nom Nom Restaurant and Jai Hai Jewellers will also be relocated into new tenancies.

The heritage-listed CBD property, which currently houses multiple retail and cafe tenants, was purchased by Silverleaf Investments in 2017.

FACTION is supporting Silverleaf Investments in delivering the refurbishment in the role of project superintendent, administering the contract during construction.
