June Values Award Winner – Scott Birgan
We are delighted to announce that our June 2021 Value Award winner is… Scott Birgan! Congratulations on taking out the Passion Award.
The FACTION Monthly Value Award recognises and rewards members of the team that live our values: Value Creation, Passion, Collaboration, and Challenger Thinking.
Scott was nominated for his consistent capacity to always offer help to FACTION staff. Scott is incredibly generous with his knowledge and time, and on top of managing his own projects expertly, he regularly drops everything to help out staff on other projects. Scott is also a fantastic mentor to many of the junior staff at FACTION.
FACTION Director Philip Harper, who nominated Scott for the Passion Award said; “I am nominating Scott for his passion for our business. Recently Scott jumped onboard with one of our major projects and helped review important final documents – he did not question the request or hesitate – and offered invaluable expertise in bringing the final outcome together. It is this willingness to help and share his knowledge that shows Scott’s passion, and we are lucky to have him in our team.”
