Industry Real Estate Executive, Scott Birgan, joins FACTION!

We are excited to announce that industry leading real estate executive, Scott Birgan, has joined the FACTION family.

Scott has over 30 years experience in all facets of corporate real estate and project delivery for public and private sector organisations, including heading up the senior roles and corporate property functions for Queensland Rail, Virgin Australia and Ergon Energy. His leadership and managerial experience includes strategy development, acquisitions, divestment, leasing, property valuation, legal compliance, project and construction management and portfolio management.

Scott’s varied and extensive experience strategically expands FACTION’s advisory service offering and major project delivery capability.
