Industry leader Philip Harper joins as Director, as FACTION continues to deliver against its national expansion strategy!

We are excited to announce that Philip Harper has joined FACTION as a Director and a key member of the National Leadership Team!

With over 30 years’ experience, Phil is an accomplished industry expert and business leader who, for the last 10 years, held the senior position of Principal at HASSELL and has delivered some of the largest workplace projects across Australia and Internationally. Phil will use this experience and his global perspective to lead our NSW business and Commercial platform nationally.

With a passion for developing strategy and strong leadership capabilities, Phil brings an energy, incredible knowledge and a unique approach which will benefit our clients, employees, and overall business.
