FACTION is proud to introduce our new Consultant, Annie Steffens!

We are pleased to announce that Annie Steffens has joined the FACTION team as a Consultant, growing our Change and Communications capability.

Annie has more than 10 years’ experience working for several global transition businesses and has gained extensive expertise in digitization and automation, space utilisation, relocation and process change through to workplace change management.

Annie brings exceptional skills in change communications, applying best practice, high-level ability in engaging stakeholders across all levels, attention to detail, and ability to navigate challenging environments.

With a passion for people, Annie demonstrates excellence in managing the emotional needs of clients and their employees during a change programme, and provides a level and breadth of service that truly embodies FACTION’s core value of delivering beyond our clients’ expectations every time.
