Aaron Weakley has been an integral part of the business growth and a key member of the national leadership team. In recognition of this, Aaron has been promoted to Director.
Jake O’Neill is currently delivering a high-profile commercial project in Brisbane and has shown key leadership skills in project delivery and in the role of mentoring new members of the FACTION team. In parallel to his work commitments, Jake has successfully completed his MBA and graduated last week. In recognition of this, Jake has been promoted to Senior Consultant.
