Lindsey joins the FACTION national leadership team and has been given the mandate to build our People First strategy. This encompasses nurturing new talent from graduates to Directors, supporting our existing employees and contractors, and building connections with our wider FACTION Community of past employees and contractors. Our aim is to ensure that we attract, retain, and stay connected with everyone who wants to be or have previously been a part of the FACTION journey, and remains a valued member of our community.
Lindsey is a key member of the Women in Design and Construction (WIDAC) committee, which demonstrates her passion for the industry and her commitment to support individuals unlock their potential and in turn organisational growth.
