Netania Hanlon, Consultant, on why she chose FACTION:

“I’ve always believed that the success of a person’s professional and personal development strongly relies on the environment that they are in. I was looking for the company with the right fit for me. Within a few minutes of our first meeting, I was able to see that FACTION was exactly what I was looking for; a supportive and successful team that encourages growth and development. They were able to see the potential of my career before I could, and I am very much looking forward to my career in Project Management.”

Gary Finnegan, Managing Director, commented:

“It is really exciting that FACTION is becoming a first-choice employer for young talent, and they are seeing the benefit of joining a workplace culture that is focused on furthering and supporting their career aspirations. By having unfettered access to industry leaders and mentors, and the opportunity to be brought into large scale, complex projects early on, they are provided with growth opportunities that don’t always exist in the larger corporates.”
