  • Strong business development acumen with an established network across corporate tenants and occupiers.

  • Strong understanding of the QLD / VIC commercial real estate markets along with knowledge of general national market performance.

  • Exceptional negotiation skills and ability to lead complex and structured transactions.

  • Ability to think strategically when preparing advice for client engagements in order to identify opportunities.

  • Experience in Business Case preparation.
