April Values Award Winner – John O’Sullivan

Our April 2021 Value Award winner is… John O’Sullivan! Congratulations on taking out the Value Creation Award.

The FACTION Monthly Value Award recognises and rewards members of the team that live our values: Value Creation, Passion, Collaboration, and Challenger Thinking.

John was nominated by FACTION Project Director Scott Birgan, who said;
“John has worked tirelessly on his current projects and has and continued to collaborate with both the client, design team and subcontractors to identify design solutions to issues (mostly unconventional) that have come up throughout the project. He has also created real value, not only through collaboration with all the stakeholders, but also through quality control assurance and the management of the defects and omissions for the project. He is a team player and he understands how important collaboration and the sharing of ideas are to the successful delivery of the project.”
